"Nick Foles will at least have one full week of practice with the first-team offense to prepare for the next time he's pressed into action, which almost certainly will be Sunday against the Redskins.
Foles, the Eagles' rookie who replaced a concussed Michael Vick in the second quarter of Sunday's 38-23 loss to Dallas, is slated to take all the practice reps Wednesday and beyond as Vick on Monday was still feeling symptoms.
